Open Question: I love her, my best friend, but she says she doesn’t love me back. Can you give me advice?
I know a girl something like 3 or 4 years ago, when I switched schools. When I first met her, I didn’t feel much attraction… For like 2, 2 and a half years, I became close friends with another girl. I loved her, but since then we’ve broken up. Even while I was with that girl, the one I want to talk about, she was always very kind with me, you could say, specially kind with me, I think. It puzzled me, but I didn’t think too much about it.
After I broke up with the earlier girl, the brake up, meant a change of friends, and my new friends were actually happy I wasn’t with the other girl anymore. One of my new friends was this girl, who’s name is Claudia. We talked on msn a lot, she was mostly there for me. She once mentioned that her mother came in, and asked her who she was talking with on msn, when she told her mother “You have 3 guesses”, at that point her mother immediately answered with 3 names: each of them were ways of calling me… She says that the my smell/scent is her favorite scent of all. She is always afraid when I’m not in school on time, and she takes a relieved big breath when I arrive at last. About a week ago I had to miss the first class, and she told me, that she kind of made a bad remark for the others, because she said in front of several others: “Where is Sean, the only person who makes it really worth coming to this f***ing school?” We talk a lot. She is a pretty talkative person, while I’m not that much, but we still get along very well. I consider her my best friend, she seems to think the same about me.
She also used to be friends with another one of my friends. He is a not so caring person, who has a negative attitude very often. They aren’t anymore, and Claudia looks through this friend of mine anymore.
This weekend we had a school excursion, when the last evening I told Claudia, I love her. She said that that she would think about it. Later that evening, basically at night, my friend told me what ended it between the two of them: Claudia was in love with him, but he wasn’t in her. That was at one part a relief, to know that he wasn’t after her. On the other hand, it caused real fears in me… Is it too close after they’ve parted? Was she really in love with him at all?
Of what I know, she may have liked her, but she’s been talking about him always with a kind of anger, how he was so negative, not caring, and he she even advised me once to brake up my friendship with him. She did talk about how she once was similar to him, but she realized what he was doing to her, and so changed. Now we’ve also been discussing that we will play Queen’s: Love of My Life together. She playing the flute (or singing), and I playing the piano. So I guess it all kind of fits, but I learned about it all too late.
So today we talked before the classes, and she said that she doesn’t think she feels the same way about me, as I feel about her (which also comes as a shock after most of the excursion we spent together, until I told her that I loved her. We walked along a creek in the evening, down to the river, by which the village is, where we were, talking a lot, and when her (girl) friend isn’t around she always says, she’s happy to get rid of her, and she’s happy we can be together alone, she said that several times).
So she says she doesn’t think we should start a closer relationship, because she said we could, and she might start feeling the same way as I, as we go, but there’s no guarantee, and so at the moment it would rather be a selfish move from her part. She said it is hard to say it for her, though she also added that at the moment it is hard for her, after this it will be much harder for me. She said that at this point she also knows, it would be hard to be friends anymore, though I told her that without her I’m going to be a lost person in the school and in class, which she said she knew, and when I offered, she let it be, that we can try how it goes as friends hereafter.
After she’s been telling me, that she misses me, when I’m not there, once when she was sick, she called me up in one of the brakes between classes, and we talked over 15 minutes on the cell phone.
Tomorrow we discussed we’d go to school earlier again, this time to play the Love of My Life together…
But still what should I do, what can anybody advise to do in a situation like this?
I still love her, and I just can’t stop loving her, and we’ve still got programs together I guess, as I look at it, but still something seems wrong here… She seemed like she loved me…

Open Question: What do you think about my game idea?
Ok I’m making a game at yoyogames a site where you get to make your own video games with basic programming and tutoring on how to use the software. I already know how to make games and I’m getting better at it so I want you to tell me if you think this game is good or not. It starts out with a blacksmith and his village gets wiped out by an evil black black horned knight and his dragon and minions they kill his family and most of the villagers some flee and survive. You get to play as the blacksmith and he wants to stop the black knight from destroying all the villagers so he heads to his castle. He has to go through forests and mountains and villages on a big epic journey to stop him from killing anymore towns as the black knight seeks domination. Ok basically it’s a 2D plat former role playing game. You can build your hero to be either a good mage, good knight or barbarian, or as a red mage caple of using healing magic and is an all rage attacker the only problem is he can’t become as strong as the other three. It’s going to be like wizards and warriors but more simple and basic although you do need to seek the right weaponry for your character in order to beat the black knight and his dragon. You get swords, staffs, daggers, bombs and items to help you get to areas and some of the villagers can help you get to areas like building a bridge for you to cross a river at one point. So I was wondering if you think that this will be any good and I was wondering if you could help me with a name for it. I was thinking of calling it dragon slayer but I’m not sure if that has been used before or not. If you can think of one that would be great. Also do you think I need anything else? These games have no better graphics then an old nes game but you can win lots of money if the game is good. And plus I’ve already made some games so far but none I’ve been more excited about. If you have any ideas on how to make it better please do tell it’s hard trying to think of stuff that people haven’t thought of before but I really want this game to be good. So any advice?

Open Question: Workers in the factory behind my backyard are polluting with bottles, plastic,etc how should i go about chan..?
My backyard is separated in half by a thin stream. Once you cross that stream it is still my land, followed by a factory/warehouse that has tons of trucks stationed in a huge parking lot. I’ve gone onto the parking lot, and noticed they have tons of empty bottles, cans, plastic, and other forms of pollution on their parking lot. Their land is their own business, but they also polluted alot on the edge of my property.
I’m young, but want to do something about this. Soooo what should I do?
I want their workers to stop polluting overall, (especially on my property). They might go and say the pollution came from the river, since the river isn’t the cleanest.. but I know thats not the truth, since the river is too far from all the trash and is stationed only on the edge of my property by the factory.
I’ve considered just cleaning all of it up and posting papers stating to stop polluting. I’ve considered just contacting the person in charge of the company and telling them to address this problem to their workers. Is this problem worth legal action?
