Resolved Question: HOW WILL THE PHILIPPINE TECHNOLOGY REJUVENATE WETLANDS?
The earth has lost many of its wetlands principally because of warming (heat) when the gradual rise in temperature & pressure made molecules of fresh water (with absorbed radiant energy from the sun) to move faster, collide violently and escape freely by the process of evaporation. As fresh water increasingly continues to evaporate year after year, the heat left wetlands to turn dry & dead for long periods for they cannot anymore hold on to water. This phenomenon like polar ice, created by intense radiant energy, has resulted to an increase in humidity & low pressure (hot air expanding & rising) in the earth’s atmosphere and in rising sea levels, disturbing hydrological cycle with seasonal variations of weather pattern such as typhoons & hurricanes, tornadoes including waves & tides and so on.
If temperature continues to rise, water vapors also increase, tending to saturate the air space (humidity). But with the tandem of O2-O3, these gases will subsequently shield earth by reducing heat (temperature & humidity) in the atmosphere as well as oceans & other bodies of water. Regenerating O2 is the Philippine technology’s secondary objective to replenish the atmosphere in greater volume. It can produce quadrillion metric tons of O2 per hectare a day and therefore, water vapors will then lose its absorbed energy from the sun (first action); and, will descend on the soil by condensation or re-enter in bodies of water by rain or snow (crystallized).
Plant life on land will receive water from the atmosphere in dew form and the water will be held by the soil in the form of soil moisture (second action). As the saying goes, no healthy tree bears bad fruit and no poor tree bears good fruit. Land will be healthy as they will be refreshed. And implanted soil’s sand texture will eventually change to form into loan then to clay, becoming heavy due to the presence of organic matter and soil moisture (third action). Droughts in tropics will cease (fourth action), rainfall patterns & cyclones in the temperate zones will be normalized (fifth action) and ocean temperature will be reduced (sixth action).
Moreover the estimated 4, 375 MT of water (average of 70% water content of fresh biomass) will be held by the 6,250 MT of implanted wastes in accomplishing part of the technology’s main objective, i.e., “to recapture & hold or conserve loose water.” Soil temperature which normally ranges from 15 to 25 degrees Celsius in fertile soils (soil science) will be achieved due to built-in water content of post harvested agricultural & forest wastes (implants – not totally dehydrated from decomposition). The implanted organic waste in wastelands (acting as shield from severe evaporation) will meet this level of soil temperature by sustaining moisture while the rest of excess water from the 70% water content of biomass (and rainfall too) will supply & develop groundwater, running & flowing in aquifers, water table & watersheds (seventh action).
Eutrophication will ensue to create & provide plankton (or food) for a new breed of water life such as fish, vertebrates, etc. to evolve (eight action) in newly developed streams, lakes & rivers until these implanted organic matter and the new bodies of water stabilize (ninth action) to filter & deliver fresh water (tenth action). More O2 regeneration will follow as these bodies of water will develop algae with O2-producing stromatolites (eleventh action).
By managing loose water or water vapor in the environment, weather patterns can actually be manipulated by collective & coordinated action of agriculturists, foresters and farmers in the region by way of creating bodies of water, water channels, irrigation, glaciers, plantation, hydroelectricity and the like (twelfth action). In fact, foreign news recently disclosed that North Korea cleverly used water as nature’s weapon against South Korea by releasing water from the dam to flood the territorial boundaries of the latter, causing people’s deaths too aside from property damages.
The true science of organic matter cycling (on a macro or large-scale basis) will save earth and revive the environment and that includes the rejuvenation of wetlands, not the false science of carbon emission reduction.

Resolved Question: Why would an illegal have a chained wrapped around his fist & the other carrying a machete ?
LAKEWOOD — Police arrested two men who were found walking with what turned out to be a stolen bicycle while carrying a machete and chain, Detective Steve Wexler said.
Patrolman Christopher Matlosz was in his patrol car when he spotted Augustin Castro, 19, and Osbaldo Reyes, 32, walking at Hurley and South Clifton avenues about 10 p.m. Saturday, Wexler said. Both men live on Lois Lane. Castro was pushing a bicycle, police said.
Reyes was carrying a machete in his right hand, and Castro had a chain wrapped around his right fist, police said. Each man was charged with possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, Wexler said.
When told to drop the weapons, the men complied, Wexler said.
Castro additionally was charged with possession of stolen property after a man approached the officer to say Castro had his bicycle. The man told the officer the bike was parked outside a Main Street Laundromat and had been stolen, Wexler said.
Castro was held in the Ocean County Jail in Toms River in lieu of $10,000 bail, and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement was notified that his residency is in question, Wexler said.
Reyes was held in lieu of $5,000 bail and was also reported to ICE as having questionable residence status, Wexler said.

Resolved Question: what is the legality of the trails near the Rio Grande river?
I live in a South Texas border town, i was just wondering if it was illegal to walk on trails that run adjacent to the river. I understand that Border patrol has the right to stop you and question you. But is it ok to be there or is it against the law. There is no signs that state it to be private property or no trespassing signs either.
